Is BetMGM online sportsbook legal in the US?

Yes. At present, there are ten states in which BETMGM has an active online sportsbook, New Jersey, West Virginia, Colorado, Tennessee, Indiana,Iowa, Nevada, Michigan, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
